On 21st April 2004, United States Federal Bankruptcy Court was entrusted to hear chapter 11 bankrupt case of IMP Inc. The court approved to sell all the assets of IMP Inc. to Daily Silver (Holdings) Limited. The acquisition activity was concluded on 22nd April 2004. The acquisition included all the IP assets, which included all patents and trademark rights. |
