April to May, 2004- Inc. was acquired by LIN YI (Holdings)Co., Ltd., who then took over the joint venture. Ningbo Factory was reactivated.

July, 2004-First Sales Meeting was held.

Oct., 2004- R&D Centre, DS-IMP’s second building, started its construction.

Dec., 2004- First lot of wafers out, qualified and passed the high temperature test

March, 2005- Main products out, qualified sequentially and passed the reliability tests

April, 2005-LIN YI (Holdings) Co., Ltd. acquired all the Chinese Party’s shareholdings in JV and finalized the overall acquisition of JV.

May, 2005-Company’s name was changed to LIN YI Microelectronics Co., Ltd.

Oct., 2006- R & D Comprehensive Building was put into full use.

March, 2007- Ningbo Zhengxin Technology Co., Ltd. became DS-IMP’s shareholder.

April, 2007- Company’s foundry business was started.

Jan. 8, 2008- Company set up its local R & D Team.
